First and last names in Latin letters, exactly as in the passport, plus a phone number you use on Telegram.

Send your booking to our manager on Telegram — they will confirm your seats and explain how to pay.

Payment is handled by our manager once the booking is confirmed on Telegram: they will tell you the available payment options and send the details. You don’t need to enter card details on the website.
Only VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibuses. There are just 8 wide leather reclining seats in a 1+1 layout, each one both by the window and by the aisle, plus plenty of legroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and USB and 220 V sockets at every seat. We provide water, coffee and a blanket for the journey, and suitcases travel in a separate luggage compartment.
The one-way fare per passenger is 195 € for Kyiv – Warsaw and Kyiv – Kraków, 170 € for Kyiv – Chișinău, 295 € for Kyiv – Istanbul and 310 € for Kyiv – Antalya. A return trip costs twice as much and can be booked as a single order. Prices on the website are shown in UAH and EUR. Children under 14 get 20% off.
Our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue. The only time spent is on the passport check and customs inspection itself, so the journey takes about as long as the timetable says.
A biometric passport for every passenger, children included. Enter first and last names in the booking in Latin letters exactly as in the passport: they are checked at boarding and at the border. Rules for leaving Ukraine may change for certain groups of citizens — check them on the State Border Guard Service website or ask our manager.
One suitcase up to 20 kg in the luggage compartment and a small bag in the cabin. If you are bringing an extra suitcase, a bicycle or anything bulky, let the manager know when booking and we will make room in advance.
The boarding point is shown in the trip timetable, and the manager will remind you of it in the booking confirmation. If it is more convenient for you to board somewhere else or along the way, ask the manager whether this is possible on your trip.

TicketsBus runs daily VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibus trips from Kyiv to Warsaw, Kraków, Chișinău, Istanbul and Antalya and back. We have been operating since 2017 and carry passengers in small groups: not in a 50-seat coach, but in a comfortable minibus with just 8 wide leather seats.

- Kyiv – Warsaw: about 12 hours via Zhytomyr, Rivne and Lutsk, 195 € one way;
- Kyiv – Kraków: about 11 hours via Zhytomyr and Lviv, 195 €;
- Kyiv – Chișinău: about 9 hours via Vinnytsia, 170 €;
- Kyiv – Istanbul: about 21 hours via Uman and Odesa, then through Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria, 295 €;
- Kyiv – Antalya: about 28 hours via Uman, Odesa and Istanbul, 310 €.

Why a small VIP minibus rather than a big coach
With only 8 passengers on board, boarding, passport checks and stops all take less time. Seats are arranged 1+1: every seat is both a window seat and an aisle seat, nobody sits right next to you, and there is generous space between rows. Every seat has USB and 220 V sockets, there is Wi-Fi and air conditioning on board, and we provide water, coffee and a blanket for the journey.
No border queues
On international trips, the queue at the checkpoint usually takes the most time. Our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue, so you arrive on time instead of spending half the night waiting. On long trips, two experienced drivers take turns at the wheel.
