Enter the route, date and number of passengers and click “Find tickets”. Choose a trip, select seats on the seat map and add passenger details. At the last step, send the booking to our manager on Telegram — they will confirm your seats and explain how to pay.

Yes. Message us on Telegram with the route, travel date and number of adults and children — our manager will check available seats and book them for you. It only takes a few minutes.

Our minibus has only 8 seats in a 1+1 layout: every seat is both a window seat and an aisle seat, so you won’t have anyone sitting right next to you. On the seat map, free seats are highlighted and taken ones are grey. Travelling as a couple? Choose two seats in the same row across the aisle, or one behind the other.

Booking opens 6 months before departure and closes 1 hour before it. For Fridays, Sundays and the days before public holidays, we recommend booking early: there are only 8 seats in the minibus.

There are two possible reasons:

• the date is more than 6 months away, so booking hasn’t opened yet;
• all of today’s trips have already left, or there is less than an hour to go before departure.

Yes. Enter a date in the “Return” field of the search form: first choose your outbound trip, then the return one, and both will be added to a single order. A return trip costs twice the one-way fare.

It is a ticket without a fixed date: you book it now at the regular price — one way or return — and tell the manager on Telegram your travel date at least 3 days before departure. The manager will reserve your seats on that trip. To book one, choose your route in the search form and tap “Open date”.

For each passenger: first and last name in Latin letters, date of birth, passport number and nationality, plus your phone number on Telegram. The details must match the passport exactly: they are checked at boarding and at the border.

Message the manager on Telegram as early as possible — we will tell you whether your trip can be moved to another departure or date.

The one-way fare per passenger is 195 € for Kyiv – Warsaw and Kyiv – Kraków, 170 € for Kyiv – Chișinău, 295 € for Kyiv – Istanbul and 310 € for Kyiv – Antalya. The same fares apply in the opposite direction, and a return trip costs twice as much. Prices on the website are shown in UAH and EUR.

Payment is handled by our manager once the booking is confirmed on Telegram: they will tell you the available payment options and send the details. After payment, your trip confirmation arrives in the same chat.

No, on the website you only choose the trip and seats. Confirmation and payment take place on Telegram with our manager, so you don’t need to enter card details on the website.

Children under 14 get 20% off — choose the “Child” passenger type in the “Passengers” field.

Only VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibuses. It isn’t a big touring coach but a small, comfortable minibus for just 8 passengers: the group is small, boarding and stops take less time, and so you spend less time on the road than on a regular coach.

• Wi-Fi, and USB and 220 V sockets at every seat;
• air conditioning;
• water, coffee and a blanket for the journey;
• a separate luggage compartment.

One suitcase up to 20 kg in the luggage compartment and a small bag in the cabin. If you are bringing an extra suitcase, a bicycle or anything bulky, let the manager know when booking and we will make room in advance.

The boarding point is shown in the trip timetable, and the manager will remind you of it in the booking confirmation, together with the time to be there. Arrive in good time: the driver checks passports and loads luggage before departure. If you would like to board at a different address or along the way, ask the manager.

Yes, the minibus makes a few short stops in cities on the route, and on long trips there are rest stops as well. You’ll find the list of stops with arrival times in the “Details” tab on the trip card.

Drivers with many years of experience on international trips. On long journeys there are two of them, taking turns at the wheel.

Departure times are local to the departure city and arrival times are local to the arrival city. Poland is one hour behind Kyiv, Moldova is on the same time as Kyiv, and Turkey matches Kyiv time in summer and is one hour ahead in winter.

A small pet in a closed carrier can usually travel with you, but this must be agreed with the manager before the trip. To enter other countries, your pet needs a microchip, a pet passport and a rabies vaccination.

Our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue. The only time spent is on the passport check and customs inspection itself, and this is already included in the timetable.

A biometric passport for every passenger, children included. The road to Istanbul and Antalya runs through Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria, so your passport must be valid for entry to every country on the route. Rules for leaving Ukraine may change for certain groups of citizens — check them on the State Border Guard Service website or ask our manager.

Ukrainian citizens can travel to Poland, Moldova and Turkey without a visa, usually for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Border guards may ask you to show the purpose of your trip, accommodation and proof of funds, so keep these documents to hand.

A child needs their own passport. Check the rules for children leaving Ukraine, including when travelling with one parent, on the State Border Guard Service website. Children under 14 get 20% off.
