The distance between the cities is about 790 km, and the journey takes 12 h with no changes. Our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue, so the actual travel time stays close to the timetable. The minibus makes a few short stops along the way — you’ll find them with arrival times in the “Details” tab on the trip card.
The minibus leaves every day, 10 times a day: the first trip at 05:20 and the last at 23:50. Booking opens 6 months ahead and closes 1 hour before departure.
Choose a trip and seats on the website and send the booking to our manager on Telegram. They will confirm your seats and send the payment details — you don’t need to enter card details on the website. You can also message us straight away, and we will book the seats for you.
A VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with just 8 seats: wide leather reclining seats in a 1+1 layout, plenty of legroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and USB and 220 V sockets at every seat. We provide water, coffee and a blanket for the journey.
The boarding point is shown in the trip timetable, and the manager will remind you of it in the booking confirmation. If you would like to board at a different address or along the way, ask the manager whether this is possible on your trip.
A biometric passport for every passenger, children included. Enter first and last names in the booking in Latin letters exactly as in the passport. Rules for leaving Ukraine may change for certain groups of citizens — check them on the State Border Guard Service website or ask our manager.
Our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue, so the only time spent is on the passport check and customs inspection. This is already included in the timetable.
One suitcase up to 20 kg in the luggage compartment and a small bag in the cabin. If you have an extra suitcase or bulky luggage, let the manager know when booking.

The minibus from Warsaw to Kyiv runs every day: 10 trips, the first at 05:20 and the last at 23:50. Times are local to the departure city. A one-way ticket costs 9,945 UAH (€195), a return trip twice as much, and both legs can be booked as a single order. Children under 14 get 20% off.

How to book your trip
Choose a date and trip, select seats on the seat map and send the booking to our manager on Telegram. They will confirm your seats, remind you of the boarding point and explain how to pay. Don’t feel like filling in a form? Just message us the route, date and number of passengers — we will take care of the rest.
No border queues
The Warsaw – Kyiv trip is international, but our minibus crosses the border without waiting in the general queue: the only time spent is on the passport check and customs inspection. Arrival times in the timetable are shown in local time.
- Bring a biometric passport — every passenger needs one, children included.
- Enter first and last names in the booking in Latin letters, exactly as in the passport: they are checked at boarding and at the border.
- Arrive at the boarding point in good time: the driver checks passports and loads luggage before departure. The manager will give you the exact boarding time in the confirmation.
